DTM now stands for Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, before 2000 it stood for Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft.

1992[edit]

The cars used were a modified version of Group A. ABS was used on some of the cars, but no Traction Control.

2013[edit]

DRS was used. Traction Control and ABS were forbidden.

2014 - 2016[edit]

Traction Control, ABS forbidden. DRS was used.

2020[edit]

In 2019 DTM was Class 1 Cars, these are silhouettes.

The engine is a turbocharged 2.0 liter with 6 speed gearbox, car weighing 1070 Kg. The cars have Push-to-pass and DRS plus more than 600 horsepowers.

ABS and Traction Control are forbidden.

2021[edit]

In 2021 season DTM switched to use GT3 car specifications.
